Welcome to Oxen Hide. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using this website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to damage it, interfere with its security or use it to send spam or harmful code.
• We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who misuses the website.

2. Products

• We make every effort to show our products accurately. Our products are made from natural leather, so grain, small marks and shade can vary from piece to piece. This is part of real leather and not a defect.
• Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices and offers may change without notice. Sale prices apply only for the period of the sale.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• We may call or message you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, the details provided are incomplete or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

• You can pay using the options shown at checkout: Cash on Delivery, and bank transfer where it is offered.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for custom orders.
• Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has been received.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Pakistan through our courier partners.
• Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, public holidays or weather.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, and check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, tell us within 5 days as set out in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once it has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Custom and corporate orders

Custom, personalised and corporate orders are made to the details you approve, such as design, leather, colour, quantity and branding. Because they are made for you, they cannot be refunded or exchanged. Prices, delivery dates and payment terms for these orders are agreed with you in writing before production starts. 10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

11. Reviews and comments

Reviews and comments must be honest and lawful. We may remove anything that is offensive, misleading or unrelated. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on our website and social media.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Oxen Hide name and logo, product photographs, designs and text, belongs to Oxen Hide. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

13. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, strikes, natural events or technical failures. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
